About Minkara Park
Minkara Park is Onkaparinga’s first freerange dog park. Equipped with all of the usuals facilities; poo bags, water fountains, hoops, jumps, etc.
There are 1760 reserves in the Onkaparinga Council area, the majority of which are designated as off-leash areas, however Minkara Park is the first fenced-off, off-leash area.
The theme for Minkarra Park is ‘a park for everyone’. The adjacent skate park, BMX track and playground make it a real family outing location. The whole park is clearly designed to have a focus on families.
